Our products are made from high-quality, food-grade materials. Our primary materials are TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) and specially formulated Polyethylene. How do I clean my hydration bladder or soft bottle properly?

We recommend cleaning after every use with warm, soapy water. Use our specially designed bladder cleaning brushes for the reservoir, and ensure the drinking tube is flushed. For deep cleaning, you can use a mixture of baking soda and water or a dedicated reservoir cleaner. Always air dry completely with the cap open before storing. Never use bleach or boiling water, as this can damage the material.

Why does my hydration pack taste/smell funny, and how can I remove it?

Any new plastic taste or smell is normal and will dissipate after the first few washes. For persistent odors (often from stored drinks), create a cleaning solution with 1 part white vinegar to 4 parts water, let it sit in the bladder for 30 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and air dry.
